Sterling India is a major manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of enamelled copper and aluminum wires. Our product range includes:

• The production of your wires at our end is done on totally automated European machines with automated spool changeovers using robotic arm, resulting in much better and consistent quality and on time delivery
• The environment is dust free filtered air based on the system of maintaining positive pressure
• The dies and toolings are all European
• The bobbin weight is in the range of 80 to 90 kg resulting in less changeovers, increased productivity (reducing spool changeover time and joining the wires with flames), almost nil end scrap with better quality coils as almost jointless coils at your end. The bobbin weight of 90 kg is only possible on imported machines
• The enamel being used is primarily Dr Beck
• The no. of passes we have are 17; hence the pass built up is 3 microns as against 7 microns on local machines. This results in higher BDV and lesser pinholes, especially when you are using our wires at HT side. A small pinhole in the wire may result in bursting of the transformer resulting in a massive cost to the manufacturer
• Our material is supposed to have better softness; stretching in the process is negligible and saves copper by reducing the conductor diameter
• There is waste generated when the spools end; you save on the copper scrap generated as end scrap, which may be much more than our price difference as may be felt by you; so our product practically works out to be cheaper.

Robust Infrastructure

With three sate-of-the-art production units spread over an area of 65,000 sq. ft., Sterling India boasts of a robust infrastructure. Recently we have imported a complete manufacturing plant and know how from Italy and thus, have equipped our infrastructure with latest technology. With a cent per cent production growth year after year, we aim to grow surplus business ahead. In this respect, we are planning to introduce new Plants in Greater Noida, to further expand our infrastructure in the near future.

Today, we are capable of producing independent sizes at a time and supply wire up to 180 kg packing as fine as 0.3 mm and as thick as 4 mm. And all these have been made possible by our complete range of requisite machines and equipments - in house rod drawing facility, annealing, air filtration unit, etc.
